ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device.

SOLUTION: This manufacturing method used for forming an organic electroluminescent display device includes the steps of: providing a first substrate having at least one thin-film transistor; forming a luminescent unit having a recessed groove on top of it on the first substrate, and electrically connecting it to the thin-film transistor; forming a first protective layer on the luminescent unit; forming a second protective layer included in the recessed groove on the first protective layer; and forming a third protective layer contacting the first protective layer on the second protective layer.
