PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveying device where toner (powder) adhering to a conveying belt is easily and surely removed.

SOLUTION: The powder conveying device is equipped with a powder conveying belt 13 having a plurality of recessed and projecting parts 13a and 13b successively formed on its conveying surface, and a drive means 21 for driving the conveying belt 13 and is provided with a scraping member 24 abutting against the conveying belt 13. At least either the scraping member 24 or the projecting part 13b of the conveying belt 13 is deformed elastically, and the edge of the scraping member 24 enters into the recessed part 13a so as to scrape off the powder adhering to the conveying belt 13.
