PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key update device that prevents equipment, disconnected from a network previously, from illegally accessing the network while reducing a communication overhead and a calculation overhead during key update. SOLUTION: A key management device (a master unit 10) is provided with a unique information receiving part (a key information receiving part 102) for receiving unique information of an information processor (a slave unit 11), a unicast key generation part (a key generation part 103), which generates a unicast key on the basis of unique information of the key management device (the master unit 10) and the unique information received by the unique information receiving part (the key information receiving part 102), a group master key generation part (the key generation part 103) for generating a new group mater key, and a key management part (a control part 101) for nullifying the unicast key.
