PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly discharge drain generated in a plurality of heat exchangers equipped in a moisture separating heater of a steam turbine plant, into a drain tank. SOLUTION: The moisture separating heater 10 is equipped with the plurality of heat exchangers 11A and 11B. Drain pipes 12A and 12B from the heat exchangers 11A and 11B are connected to a common drain tank 20. The heat exchangers 11A and 11B are individually connected to the drain tank 20 by balance pipes 13A and 13B. The space above drain water level inside the drain tank 20 is connected to a bleed air heater 3 having a lower inner pressure than that of the drain tank 20 by a communicating pipe 24.
