PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a peripheral control board and a display device control board for controlling performance display to a performance display device in a game machine. SOLUTION: The peripheral control board 201 and the display device control board 211 control the performance display of the performance display device 4 on the basis of a command output by a main control board 101 corresponding to a game state in the game machine. In such a configuration, the main control board 101 is attached to a game board, and the peripheral control board 201 and the display device control board 211 are attached to a main body frame. A program and data to be used in the control by the peripheral control board 201 or the like are supplied from a ROM on a memory board 200M provided on the game board. In such a manner, the software of the peripheral control board 201 or the like is changed by changing the game board, and an operation suited to the game board is performed.
