The invention relates to a labelled oligonucleotide comprising a first nucleotide segment and a second nucleotide segment, complementary to a target sequence, characterised in that it consists of a fluorophore, a quencher and at least one alpha-anomeric nucleoside. The invention also relates to the use of one such oligonucleotide, as well as to a method using one such oligonucleotide.
