CUTTING APPARATUS

An apparatus includes a housing and a cutting mechanism coupled to said h ousing and configured for cutting a sheet. The apparatus further includes a user interface incorporated into said housing for allowing a user to select through said user interface at least one shape to be cut by said cutting mec hanism. Additionally, the apparatus includes a processor housed within said housing for controlling movement of said cutter assembly and for receiving c ommands through said user interface. The apparatus also includes a memory de vice in communication with said processor, said memory device containing a l ibrary of shapes to be cut with said cutting mechanism for selecting by a us er through said user interface.
