<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually running type lifter capable of safely performing a work of loading a cargo conveying vehicle onto a cargo bed of a truck. <P>SOLUTION: The lifter is guided in an elevating/lowering manner by a guide mechanism provided on a frame body side having traveling wheels on its bottom part and capable of elevating/lowering a cargo conveying vehicle. Stay members 121 are erected on both side parts of an opening part for entrance on the front side of a ramp 10, and a movement restraining member 122 of a cargo conveying vehicle having a U-shape in plan view which comprises a horizontal bar part 122a and arm parts 122b provided on both ends of the horizontal bar part and mounted on each stay member via a horizontal fitting shaft 123 are provided on upper parts of both stay members rockingly in the vertical plane. In addition, a gas spring 126 which is expandable with a predetermined stroke is fitted over the movement restraining member and the stay members. The restraining posture by the horizontal bar part of the movement restraining member is determined so that the horizontal bar part is above the fitting position by the horizontal fitting shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
