PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress scattering of crushed dust from a charging port of a crushing apparatus to the atmosphere when crushing a crushing object. SOLUTION: A motor 30 is connected to one end of a rotary shaft 22, an upper plate 34 and a rotor 36 are fixed to the other end of the rotary shaft 22, a plurality of grinders 38b are rotatably disposed between the upper plate 34 and rotor 36, a through-hole 42 is formed on the plate 34, and a through-hole 50 is formed on the rotor 36. In a process rotating the rotor 36 and upper plate 34 by the rotation of the motor 30, waste industrial products 14 charged from the charge port 16 are crushed by collision against the upper plate 34, rotor 36 and grinders 38, crushed chips produced by crushing are discharged from a choke part 48, and discharged from a discharge port 18 by the rotation of a discharge plate 40. Dust produced in a vessel 12 is discharged from the discharge port 18 via the through-holes 42, 50 together with downflow of gas produced in a center part of the vessel 12 to shorten the discharge time of dust.
