The facade and wall covering system comprises a load carrying construction (2) and a cladding panel (1), which is fastened to the load carrying construction. The cladding panel is directly retracted in the load carrying construction from front without lateral dispacement. Holding devices are attached through a gap (4) on the load carrying construction between the cladding panels. The holding devices are attached by screw drivers, which are opened or closed by simple rotation in and against the clockwise direction.
