PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight by forming a first regulating member and a second regulating member of a partition means of a synthetic resin material, and to prevent the regulating members made of synthetic resin, from being swollen and deformed by a fluid. SOLUTION: A vibration control base body 12 is interposed between a first mounting member 10 and a second mounting member 11, and the partition means 5 is provided to form a fluid-filled chamber 3 inside. The partition means 5 comprises an elastic partition film 20, a first regulating member 30 and a second regulating member 52. The first regulating member 30 and the second regulating member 52 are formed of the synthetic resin material, and a rugged fitting part is stuck to the center side of the first regulating member 30 and second regulating member 52.
