PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a decorative sheet excellent in various physical properties such as chemical resistance, crack resistance, etc. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is manufactured by coating a resin-impregnated decorative paper or a decorative paper with an ultraviolet-curable resin containing an acrylate or methacrylate as an essential component, irradiating the coated decorative paper with ultraviolet rays, to prepare a prepreg and laminating the prepreg along with a core base material to mold the laminated one under heating and pressure. The weight compounding ratio of the acrylate and the methacrylate is set to 3:2-1:4. Powdery silica of 1-10 pts.wt. is compounded with the ultraviolet curable resin relative to 100 pts.wt. of the sum total of the acrylate and the methacrylate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
