A non-sort type index file (104) containing all the search keywords is extracted as a narrowing result from the non-sort type index file group (103) (S3). From the non-sort type index file (104), multi-phrase head-words containing all the search keywords are extracted as search candidate (S4) so as to obtain a head-word candidate list (105).
