PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire having improved appearance exhibiting an attractive black color by increasing the blackness of the outer surface of the pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: The displaying part 12 on the outer surface of the sidewall 3 of the pneumatic tire 1 is made of a rubber composition 10 containing 20-100 pts.wt. of carbon black and 2-20 pts.wt. of a pigment other than carbon black based on 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component. The pigment is preferably a blue pigment and/or a green pigment to increase the blackness of the rubber composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
