The communication apparatus, synchronization serial communication system and the method thereof are provided by the present invention. The communication apparatus and the synchronization serial communication system have an electric level pulling circuit. The synchronization serial communication system and the method thereof reduce the amplitude of the clock signal or the reset signal using the electric level pulling circuit such that the specific slave apparatus can supersede another slave apparatus to exchange data and the serial communication manner is more flexible.
