THE CORRESPONDING DECRYPTION METHOD COMPRISES THE STEPS OF USING THE CORRESPONDING PCR PRIMERS AND SEQUENCING PRIMERS TO DETERMINE THE SEQUENCE INFORMATION OF THE FRAGMENTED NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCES, COMBINING WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OLIGOMERS FOR ORDER ARRANGMENT TO DECODE THE ORIGINAL NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE.
