<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control motor driver which can avoid the cost increase by simplifying the circuit constitution in an inverter circuit, and also can materialize the stable operation of a control motor even in case that the installation site is under low-temperature environment such as a cold district, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter circuit 240, which constitutes a control motor driver 100, is equipped with a drive circuit 141, a plurality of switching circuits 242a-242f, and a current detecting circuit 143. Each switching circuit 242a-242f arranged in the inverter circuit 240 is constituted of switching elements Tra-Trf which are equipped with adjusting resistors Rga-Rgf connected to gates G and feedback diodes D1a-D1f connected between emitters E and collectors C, and for such adjusting resistors Rga-Rgf, the resistance values are set each in the range of 200 Ω or under. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
