<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid for forming an antireflection film, with which the antireflection film reducing a reflectance to a level sufficient to be imperceptible to the naked eye and being excellent in stability and reproducibility of film characteristics is easily obtained, and the antireflection film, and a substrate with the antireflection film attached thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The coating liquid for forming the antireflection film is produced by coagulating gold containing particles and silver containing particles, whose average primary particle sizes are respectively 3 nm or more and 30 nm or less, to form chain agglomerates whose average secondary particle size is 50 nm or more and 150 nm or less and a weight ratio (W<SB>Au</SB>:W<SB>Ag</SB>) of the gold containing particles to the silver containing particles is 99:1-85:15, and dispersing the chain agglomerates in a solvent containing water, ethanol and 2-propanol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
