<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior body for a compressed air dehumidifier, capable of securing the inner work space of the apparatus by allowing exterior boards to be easily and firmly attached to a frame assembly, and to be easily detached from the frame assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The exterior body for the compressed air dehumidifier includes the frame assembly 3 constituted by combining upper-surface frames 20, a shelf board frame 21, a bottom surface frame 22, and supporter frames 24 and having sideboards 1, 2 and front and rear boards as the exterior boards. The sideboards 1, 2 or the front and rear boards include a plurality of boards 5 with an L-shaped cross section projecting upward; and a plurality of hooks 6 arranged in the lower parts. The upper-surface frames 20 have holes 7 for receiving the boards with the L-shaped cross sections. The bottom-surface frame 22 has holes 9 for receiving the hooks 6. The board 5 with the L-shaped cross section is introduced to the hole 7 for receiving the board with the L-shaped cross section, fitted thereto, and abutted against the hole 7 for receiving the board with the L-shaped cross section.
