PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom board which permits dehumidifiability to be improved further, a bed device, and a seat device. SOLUTION: The bed device 1 has a bed body 2 and the bottom board 3 to mount an elastic member M. The bottom board 3 has a surface layer member 4 having air permeability passing the moisture content of the elastic member M, an air layer holding member 5 having a plurality of pores holding air, a humidity stabilizing member 6 capable of adsorbing the moisture content, and a strength member 7 having a moisture content releasing opening 75 releasing the moisture content adsorbed by the humidity stabilizing member 6 from the bottom board 3 in an evacuation direction. In the thickness direction of the bottom board 3, the surface layer member 4, the air layer holding member 5, the humidity stabilization member 6, and the strength member 7 overlie one another as if to recede from the side close to the elastic member M.
