PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexural rigidity evaluation method capable of evaluating accurately a flexural rigidity when bent greatly, by a simple means. SOLUTION: One end side of the long material 300 is fixed onto the first through member 210, a loop is formed in an intermediate part, and the other end side of the long material 300 is fixed onto the second through member 220. The flexural rigidity of the long material 300 in a loop radius is found using a holding force when bringing the both through members rotated reverse-directionally into parallel, and using a torque generated between the both through members 210, 220. A size of the loop formed in the intermediate part of the long material 300 is freely changed by changing a fixing position in the other end side of the long material 300, to find the flexural rigidity of the long material in the loop radius therein.
