PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure capable of sufficiently suppressing variations in the phase difference between output signals of a pair of sensors 6a and 6b that are caused along with thermal expansion and contraction of each constituent member. SOLUTION: The shape of a sensor holder 7a made of synthetic resin is so set that both shapes of the right and left sides across the center position O between detection parts of the both sensors 6a and 6b are in mirror symmetry to each other. In addition, the sensor holder 7a is supported and fixed inside a sensor cover 5a, being held from both sides in the axial direction. The above problem is solved by adopting this configuration wherein the both sensors 6a and 6b are mutually displaced oppositely in the axial direction and to the same extent along with the thermal expansion and contraction of the sensor holder 7a.
