A LEVER CLIP MECHANISM

A lever clip mechanism, which includes a flat base plate, a couple of first ring fixed on the base plate which are spaced apart and parallel to each other, a ring element fixed movably on the base plate including a couple of second rings which are also spaced apart and parallel to each other. Said first ring and said second ring are opposite, and when the lever clip mechanism is closed, the first ring and the second ring form a closed ring. One end of an elastic element is fixed on the base plate and the other end is against the ring element. A protrusive element protrudes up from the base plate. A lever is provided with an opposition section. Said lever is fixed rotatablely on said protrusive element, so said opposition section contacts with the ring element. The lever clip mechanism provides a stop to limit the rotary rang of the lever. When the lever is on the lowest position, the gap between handle end and the base plate can be ensured, thus the user is convenience to hold the handle end. When the lever is on the highest position, it can be avoided to close excessively the ring, so the disturbance to the user can be avoided.
