A pad for ion-transmission and an excessive sweating treatment device using the same are provided to obtain a pad for ion-transmission that is able to be applied to a user's face. A pad for ion-transmission includes an absorbing pad(100), a negative pole(110), positive poles(120a,120b,120c) and a controller(130). The absorbing pad absorbs ion gel. The negative pole has the shape of a net or the shape of plural branches that are connected to each other, and is formed on the absorbing pad. The positive poles are formed on the absorbing pad area without negative pole. The controller supplies current to the negative pole and the positive pole. The absorbing pad is attached to a user's skin and makes the ion of the ion gel absorbed into the user's skin.
