PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discontinuously transport a large amount of product for a short period in a process of filling a RTV1-sealant. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a crosslinkable material based on an organopolysiloxane by mixing individual constituents comprises: continuously supplying a mixture (1) into a storing vessel equipped with a press plate through a supplying pipe wherein the storing vessel has a storing capacity for at least 15 minutes of the mixture (1) continuously supplied and the storing vessel substantially with no dead space has a sustained inner pressure surpassing 1,200 hPa; and supplying the mixture further into another tank through a transporting part.
