PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems to be improved, now an air pollution causing a global warming of a natural environment pollution, and a disruption of an organism ecosystem due to a river area pollution, and further, a deterioration of crops in poor land due to a soil microorganism death in cultivated land because of acid rain, which produce finally a heath damage of a human itself. SOLUTION: Sludge of a digestion tank and a sewage disposal or sludge of a night-soil treatment plant, garbage, and leftover foods are reutilized, and additionally, turn to an effective ion flooring material. Synergetic effects with an environmental purification system as an ion garden. Patent No.3742827 of the applicant, and an ion water cleaner and a manufacturing method of natural ozone and ion water, filed as a patent application, and further, a three-phase air generator and its wastewater purifying apparatus fill the environment with a bioenergy to resolve the problems.
