A prefabricated simple iron bar is provided to facilitate storing and assembling the iron bar and to prevent frozen shoulder through exercise. A prefabricated simple iron bar comprises: a bar(10) with a horizontal pipe shape; two posts(20) with a vertical shape forming a right angle against the bar, which has two supporting pipes(21) into which both ends of the bar are inserted; and two base support pipes(30) having a vertically fixed support pipes(31) into which both lower ends of the posts are inserted.
