A diagnosis apparatus of deterioration of silicone liquid and a diagnosis method thereof are provided to accurately analyze the thermal deterioration of silicone liquid used as a coolant. A diagnosis apparatus of deterioration of silicone liquid includes a pipe(16a), a gas collecting container(17), a gas pipe(18), a gas analyzer(19), a determinator(30), and a display device(32). The pipe collects the silicone liquid in a tank(1). The gas collecting container collects gas included the silicone liquid by heating the silicone liquid. The gas pipe is connected with the gas collecting container and introduces the gas into the gas collecting container. The gas analyzer analyzes the gas supplied from the gas collecting container. The determinator determines the deterioration of the silicone liquid. The display device displays the deterioration of the silicone liquid.
