An inverter transformer and an inverter power module for electric/electronic devices having the same are provided to prevent a temperature rise and to improve lifespan of products by preventing magnetic flux from being induced to a peripheral shield. An inverter power module for electric/electronic devices includes a driving circuit board, a power transformer, an inverter transformer(130), and blocking units(150). The power transformer is mounted on the driving circuit board. The inverter transformer is mounted on the driving circuit board. The blocking units prevent magnetic flux of the inverter transformer from being discharged to the outside. The inverter transformer has a bobbin(131) with a plurality of lead pins connected to the driving circuit board, a first core(132) embedded in the bobbin, a coil(133) wound around the bobbin, and a cover(134) to receive the bobbin, the first core, and the coil.
