A device for capturing harmful vermin is provided to collect harmful insect day and night effectively and to be used semi-permanently by letting the induced harmful insect collide with a wing portion. A device for capturing harmful vermin includes a lampshade(10), an inducing lamp, a wing portion(30), a harmful insect inlet(40), a collecting net, a body(60) and a suction fan. The inducing lamp is installed on a coupling portion of the lampshade. In the wing portion, four wings(32) are installed to cross each other in the shape of a cross to be adjacent to the lower end of the lampshade. The harmful insect inlet is installed to be adjacent to the lower part of the wing portion. The collecting net is installed on the lower part of the harmful insect inlet. The suction fan is installed to be received into the lower part of the body.
