A burner and an apparatus for baking a fluorescent lamp are provided to form a fluorescent layer with a constant thickness by uniformly applying heat in a length direction and a transfer direction of the fluorescent lamp. A burner for a fluorescent lamp includes first to third heating members(133,134,135), plural fourth heating members(136), and plural fifth heating members(137). The first to third heating members are arranged to be apart from each other in a cross direction. The fourth heating members couple the first heating member with the second heating member and are arranged to be apart from each other. The fifth heating members couple the second heating member with the third heating member and are arranged to be apart from each other. The fourth and fifth heating members are slantingly arranged with respect to each other.
