<p>An electric pressure cooker having a pottery vessel is provided to cook safely and prevent loss of nutrition by forming covers and packings of an inner vessel for supporting the pressure stage by stage. An electric pressure cooker having a pottery vessel comprises an inner main body, and an outer main body(960). The inner main body includes an inner vessel made of pottery, and a first cover(400) having a first packing(700) at the outer periphery. The outer main body has a third cover(900) placed at the upper part of the first cover. The second cover positioned at the lower part of the first cover has a second packing(610) whose upper/lower surfaces are inclined downward, and a second hole(650) formed at the center. The lower configuration of the second cover and the second packing supports internal pressure of the inner main body, the upper configuration of the second cover reduces vapor through the second hole.</p> |
