A manufacturing process of a square type paper cup is provided to contain more paper cups in a box by forming the paper cups as a square type. A manufacturing process of a square type paper cup includes the steps of: forming a cylindrical body by rolling up a sheet(20); forming a curling portion by rolling up an upper part of the cylindrical body(21); deforming the cylindrical body as a square type body by inserting the cylindrical body on a square type mold(22); inserting a bottom sheet in the square type body up to a bottom of the square type body(23); folding an end of the square type body inside to embrace the bottom sheet(24); and pressing the end of the square type body to couple the bottom sheet and the end of the square type body(25). |
