The central body (7) has an inner wall in the form of a flexible sleeve (15) formed of basalt or silica based ceramic fiber fabric. The sleeve is impermeable to air, and delimits an outer cavity (20) extending between an outer wall (11) and the sleeve. The outer wall has a set of orifices pierced on an upstream portion to form a Helmholtz resonator with the cavity. The sleeve delimits an inner cavity (21) and is fixed in upstream of a jet engine (1).
