A smart training sandbag system is provided to move a sandbag forwardly and backwardly as if a user trains with a partner and to be controlled by a trainer with a remote controller. A sports exercising device includes an electric motor(100), a driving portion(103) and an electric controller(107). The driving portion is connected to the electric motor and combines a ball screw nut(102) and a ball screw shaft(101) that changes the rotary motion of the motor to a linear motion. The bracket connects and combines the ball screw nut and a sandbag(104). The electric controller controls the rotary direction, the number of rotation and the speed of the motor. A remote controller(106) is connected to the controller of the motor. The controller of the motor and a computer(108) is connected via USB line.
