A location information input device of a wireless terminal and an input method thereof are provided to set a screen area on one side of the wireless terminal, and to install a touch pad on the other side of a screen, thereby preventing screen covering caused by a finger pointing action. A screen(100) is located on one side of a wireless terminal, and occupies a front side of the wireless terminal. A touch pad(200) is located on the other side of the screen, and has a touch sensor to input information. The screen includes an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display). A CPU(Central Processing Unit) displays an indicator pointer on the screen for location information inputted on the touch pad.
