PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin tube-type heat exchanger having small pressure loss though it has superior heat transferring performance. SOLUTION: This fin tube-type heat exchanger 1 has a plurality of fins 3a, 3b and a plurality of heat transfer tubes 2a, 2b penetrating through the plurality of fins. The fins 3a, 3b respectively include fin base portions 3 having through holes 7k, 7j, and raised portions 5a, 5b projecting from the fin base portions 3, and are connected by a connecting portion. Cuts 9a, 9b penetrating through the fins 3a, 3b are formed along the boundary of upstream parts 6a, 6b of the raised portions 5a, 5b and the fin base portions 3. Clearances 8a, 8b based on the cuts 9a, 9b are formed between the upstream parts 6a, 6b of the raised portions 5a, 5b and the fin base portions 3, and the air A can be circulated from a first main surface 4p side to a second main surface 4q side of the fins 3a, 3b through the clearances 8a, 8b.
