PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die having a high durability, which enables simple exchange of an intermediate frame body, and is hard to produce any misalignment of the intermediate frame body in taking out a molded body after molding. SOLUTION: In at least one set of an inner surface of a space portion 3a of an outer frame body 3 and an outer surface of the intermediate frame body 2 facing to the inner surface, a gap portion 6 is provided, the gap portion narrowing the distance continuously toward the lower side between the inner surface of the space portion 3a of the outer frame body 3 and the outer surface of the intermediate frame body 2. In the gap portion 6, the inner surface of the space portion 3a of the outer frame body 3 inclines so that an upper opening area of the outer frame body 3 may become smaller, and at the same time, the outer surface of the intermediate frame body 2 inclines so that the bottom area of the intermediate frame body 2 may become larger. In addition, an inclination angle of the inner surface of the space portion 3a of the outer frame body 3 may become smaller than the inclination angle of the outer surface of the intermediate frame body.
