PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-rays equipment capable of improving operability related to an X-ray diaphragm device. SOLUTION: This X-rays equipment 5 is provided with an X-ray tube device 9 for generating X rays, an X-ray tube support device 10 movably supporting the X-ray tube 9, an electric X-ray diaphragm device 11 determining an irradiation field of the X rays, an operation device 6 for operating the electric X-ray diaphragm device 11, an X-ray receiver 12 for receiving the X-rays transmitting through a subject, and a control device 13 for controlling respective devices. The control device 13 has a diaphragm control means 23 for detecting a distance SID between the X-ray tube device 9 and an image reception area of the X-ray receiver 12 and changing a diaphragm opening/closing speed of the electric X-ray diaphragm device 11 based on the detected distance SID.
