<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management terminal increasing user convenience. <P>SOLUTION: Authentication information is stored in a portable storage device 50 such as an USB memory, or a portable terminal 90. If authentication information previously registered in a management terminal 30 or the like is stored in the portable storage device 50 or the portable terminal 90, login of a registered user is permitted, and login of a guest user is also permitted even if the information is not stored, so that users in various conditions can appropriately use services.
