<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-caulking apparatus which can discriminate an acceptable caulked product and an unacceptable caulked product during heat caulking. <P>SOLUTION: This heat caulking apparatus heat-caulks a molded article using a thermoplastic resin which has an integrally molded boss, and a body to be combined having a fitting hole which is fitted on the boss, by heating and pressurizing them by a heat-caulking tool. The heat-caulking apparatus is equipped with a setting section, a displacement detecting section, a temperature detecting section and a displaying section. In this case, the setting section sets a heating temperature, and a heating continuation period of time for continuing the heating temperature. The displacement detecting section detects a crushed degree of the boss in the heat-caulking work as a displacement of the heat-caulking tool. The temperature detecting section detects the temperature of the heat-caulking tool in the heat-caulking work. The displaying section displays the displacement and the temperature conforming to the passage of time. Then, the heat-caulking work is judged to be acceptable or not by visually checking the convergence value of the displacement and the variation of the temperature which are displayed on the displaying section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
