PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for repairing a prestressed concrete structure, which can suppress an increase in working costs and working hours, and which can maintain a compressive force, exerted on a skeleton section by the tension of a tendon, even after repair. SOLUTION: Characteristically, the construction method for repairing the prestressed concrete structure, in which the compressive force is imparted to the skeleton section by the tendon with the applied tension, comprises a concrete removing step (b) of removing concrete in a repairing location, and a concrete repairing step (c) of infilling an expandable repairing material into at least a part of the repairing location. More preferably, the concrete repairing step is characterized by being performed in such a manner as to provide an expansion restricting means for restricting the direction of the expansion of the expandable repairing material to the tension imparting direction of the tendon.
