<p>A coffee-maker structure for preparing a hot beverage (1) comprises a boiler (2) for containing a liquid (W), a container (3) for collecting the beverage, a fluid connection line (7) between the boiler (2) and the container (3) which passes through a compartment (4) for brewing a solid material (C) and valve means (11) placed in the connection line (7). The valve means (11) include a closing member (12) facing a passage (9) of the line (7) and freely displaceable between a closed position in which it closes the passage (9) and an open position in which it opens the passage (9). Elastic return means (13) are further provided, which act on said closing member (12) to normally urge it into the closed position.</p> |
