<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a housing cover securing the sterilized state of a housed medical instrument by a simple structure and at a low cost as the housing cover for covering a medical instrument for which such a sterilization process as washing is not necessary and as a disposal bag to be used for the disposal of the used medical instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope 2 with the housing cover related to this invention comprises an instrument housing part 2A as a medical instrument body and the housing cover 20 as the cover with front and rear surfaces 20A and 20B. The housing cover 20 also has a closing part 20b for closing at least a part of the instrument housing part 2A.
