<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol inspection device capable of certainly leaving evidence such that the subject executes the inspection of alcohol, in the inspection of alcohol, an alcohol inspection method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The alcohol inspection device has an alcohol inspection part for measuring the concentration of alcohol from the breath blown in by an examinee, a drinking decision part for deciding whether the examinee is in a drinking state on the basis of the measuring results of the alcohol inspection part, a camera part for photographing the face image of the examinee when the breath is blown in the alcohol inspection part, a face confirming and subject decision part for comparing the face image photographed by the camera part with the face image photographed beforehand of the examinee to decide whether the examinee is the subject, a result control part for combining the confirmation results of the subject due to the face confirming and subject decision part and the results of the drinking decision due to the drinking decision part to edit them and a result display part for displaying the results edited by the result control part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
