PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required to register a mobile IP (Internet Protocol) or simple IP and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). SOLUTION: This communication control system is provided with an AAA (Authentication Authorization Accounting) 14 for receiving a mobile IP registration request message from a mobile node 10, performs the authentication of the mobile node and preparing authentication information about the authentication, an FA (Foreign Agent) 12 for transmitting the authentication information to the mobile node 10, and an S-CSCF (Serving Call Session Control Function) 17 for receiving an SIP registration request message with authentication information from the mobile node 10, confirming the received authentication information and transmitting a SIP registration completion message to the mobile node.
