PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic nails for quickly and easily changing nail art and for achieving stable nail art, and to provide a device for changing electronic nail which instructs patterns to be displayed on the electronic nails. SOLUTION: The electronic nail 10 attached to a nail has an antenna part 110 for receiving electric power and sending and receiving data, a memory-type display, a control circuit part, and a memory circuit part in which nail identification information about the size of the electronic nail is recorded. The device for changing electronic nail performs image processing such as adjusting the image size according to the size in the nail identification information which is acquired by supplying power to the electronic nail 10, and sends image data to the electronic nail 10.
