PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater control device eliminating a lack of temperature rise so as not to impair comfortableness by changing a cut-off failure timer time to extend a heater heating time at the occurrence of conditions under which a portion to be heated by a heater is cooled. SOLUTION: When a heating time from the start of operation exceeds a timer time T1 in a flow 9, a CPU 2 is operated to proceed into a flow 10 to automatically switch off the heater 1, while in the case of not exceeding the timer time T1, proceed to a flow 11, where the state of a door SW3 is checked. Unless the door is open, return to the flow 9, and if it is determined that the door is open, proceed to a flow 12. When the heating time exceeds the timer time T1, proceed to the flow 10, while in the case of not exceeding the timer time T1, proceed to a flow 13 to confirm the state of the door SW3. Unless the door is closed, return to the flow 12. If the door is closed, proceed to a flow 14. The timer is then reset to return to the flow 9, and operation is continued.
