TETRAHYDRO-5H-PYRIDO[2,3-D]AZEPINES AS 5-HT2C LIGANDS

Compounds according to Formula (I); wherein the radical R⁷ preferably represents a hetereocycle of 6 or 7 members and R⁴, R^9-12 all preferably represent hydrogen atoms. These compounds and their pharmaceutical acceptable salts are used in pharmaceutical compositions and are useful for treating serotonin 5HT_2C receptor mediated diseases. Processes to make such derivatives are as well disclosed therein.
