<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communicating device and an on-vehicle communicating method capable of changing transmission timing to reduce frequency of collision of data by structuring so as to change a starting point of a transmission cycle in the case wherein a collision occurred when transmitting the data. <P>SOLUTION: In the case wherein a control section of the on-vehicle communicating device detects notice by a transmission timer with the coming of transmission cycle (S21:YES), when transmission of message is failed, for example, when the control section determines that transmission of message is impossible (S22:NO) or when mediation is failed although transmission of message is started (S27:NO), the control section resets the transmission timer (S23) so as to change a starting point of the passing time to be measured in relation to the transmission cycle. Further, the control section changes timing of a generation timer (S24) so that generation time point of a measured value, a computed value and a controlled value is set at a point before the coming of the transmission cycle by a predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
